Lynn Marie is a dedicated Qigong practitioner and teacher, guiding others to awaken their inner energy and achieve holistic well-being. Trained in Qigong, Taijiquan, Nei Gong, and Baguazhang, she combines deep energy work with movement and mind-body healing. Currently completing her first year of a Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine, she blends ancient wisdom with modern healing. Her welcoming and accessible teaching style makes it easy for beginners to experience the transformative power of Chi. Frequently Asked Questions

This course is entirely online, so there’s no need to attend an in-person class. We host the session on Zoom, allowing you to join live on the day of the event—or watch at your convenience. When you sign up, you’ll be directed to a page with instructions for access to the day of the event and to the replay video, so you never miss a moment!

No prior experience or background knowledge is required! This course is designed for beginners and those new to Qigong. Everything is taught step by step, making it easy to follow along. Whether you’re completely new to energy work or have some experience, you’ll gain valuable insights and techniques to enhance your well-being.

The workshop is approximately 2 to 3 hours long, giving you plenty of time to learn, practice, and ask questions. If you can’t attend the full session live, don’t worry! A replay will be available so you can watch at your own pace.

Required Tools:

🔹A quiet space where you can move freely without distractions
🔹Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to allow easy movement
🔹A chair or mat (optional, for seated exercises)
🔹A bottle of water to stay hydrated
