The “Live” participation class happens daily on Zoom. While having a Zoom account is helpful, it’s not required—recorded sessions are available after each live class. During the live sessions, you’ll have the chance to ask questions, which is a great bonus!

By joining, you’ll also get access to ALL  Dailty Warm-up courses on the website. These include videos and coursework designed to strengthen your chi energy.

Plus, live classes are streamed in our private Facebook group for added convenience.

A detailed email will be sent to you prior to your upcoming scheduled class. The email will provide you with all the necessary information you’ll need, including the complete list of class instructions and login details. You can expect to receive this email well in advance of your scheduled class date. Moreover, you will be sent a Zoom link along with this email, which will allow you to join the class seamlessly without any technical difficulties.
