+There is a little bit of all five elements in each of us, but we all have at least one dominant and this is said to be our Five Element Type. I call it your Mother type.

+In essence, balancing life’s energies, particularly through methods like Qigong, offers a holistic approach to health that intricately connects the physical, emotional, and spiritual facets of our existence.

Understanding your Element is the first step to understanding your energetic system. Our nervous system is called upon to the extreme these days. Knowing how to understand and calm your body helps for rejuvenation from within.
